What Expense Sheet does

Attach receipt photos or PDFs. Get one row per receipt with date, merchant, gross, VAT, net, currency, and category — plus a review list before export.

Reads each receipt into a structured row.
Assigns one of 8 categories; flags uncertain ones.
Shows a review list (unreadable fields, duplicates).
Exports CSV (standard or DE) or Excel where possible.

How to use it

Install from the ChatGPT Plugin Directory (link after approval), then try:

Turn these receipts into a spreadsheet
Expense report from these photos
Prepare these expenses for my accountant as CSV

Limitations

Receipt values are read by ChatGPT vision in this version — verify before filing (not a dedicated OCR engine).
Unreadable amounts stay empty and flagged, never estimated.
Downloadable file only where ChatGPT can run code; otherwise copy-paste CSV.
Does not sync to accounting software, submit claims, produce DATEV, or advise on deductibility.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Try
Wrong amount	Correct in chat; never trust unverified vision reads for filing.
Empty fields	Intentional when unreadable — re-photo or type the value.
No Excel file	Ask for CSV, or use copy-paste if code execution isn't available.
